Mr. Beno Weis recorded this for an Aveil to practice from before going to the Amud or for people with impaired eyesight who could Daven along.

 The recording was made through the efforts of Josef Schuster z’l (Hachaver Yosef ben Hachaver Yehuda) It was made so that his father Julius Schuster –Hachaver Yehuda ben Hachaver Yechiel could daven properly.
