Given after the affair with the Monsey Butcher broke. Rabbi Breslauer's father was from Munich and had a shul in Washington Heights for many years called "Kehilas Yaakov". The Rabbi has a shul in Monsey, NY called "Beth Tefilloh" that has German Jewish leanings.
