Rabbi Weinberg was a German-Jewish sage who lived a simple and pious life in the heart of Jerusalem's Meah Shearim neighborhood. He lived through all of Israel's wars and was a refugee from the Holocaust. he was a sofer stam. Mr Gershon Lehrer of Belgium once had a website for the collection of memories of this man that is no longer current. He sent me this recording among others.
