A student of the Mir Yeshivah in Lithuania and Shanghai, as well as possessing a doctorate in Modern Philosophy, this man was a rare combination of talents. He was the Rav in Basel, Switzerland. He gave this speech on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of one of the local shuls (IRG).
